Came when scheduled, texted name of technician and time 20 minutes in advance. He did a thorough, professional job and informed me of results at conclusion.

Do yourself a favor and add Texas Pride to you contacts. Jack and Kenny are the best.

Recently, my AC required a warranty repair.
Kenny. the Service Mgr., was very accommodating and immediately ordered the part. Kenny updated me on the part's availability and upon arrival dispatched Geoff to install it. Likewise, Geoff notified me of his arrival. He was punctual and professional. And in approx. 30 mins Geoff got my AC running again in no time. Another company quoted me that the repair will take 3 hours! Looking forward to do business with Tx Pride AC & Heat again in the future.

Requested help from TPAC&H for my mini-split heat pump... Alex was great! He quickly diagnosed my issue (unfortunately a leak in my coils) and then pivoted to answering my questions about getting a new unit. He gave me a lot of good information to consider. I haven't selected anyone yet to conduct the replacement work (waiting on a couple of other bids), but based on Alex's work these guys are at the top of my list!
