Appreciate how fast they came to service my ac unit for a clogged drain line. A minor mistake was made which cause the condensation line to leak into my ceiling fan but it happened fast enough that the repairman could return ASAP to fix the issue.

I get why they have 4.9 stars, I asked for help as I have 2 toddlers and no AC in a heat wave and they sent the store manager to do an evaporator coil instal so I wouldn’t have to wait on the install tech to finish other jobs.. Best part is they were a grand cheaper than most other places I called. Really a great company
