Meet Our Team

My name is Jack Alan Skrove and I am the CEO and founder of Texas Pride AC & Heating.
I am married and have four wonderful children. I’ve been blessed with eight grandchildren –
five girls and three boys; they all are very special to me. Since founding Texas Pride in
1984, it has been my life’s passion and continues to be to this day. I enjoy being with family and friends, the great outdoors, fishing, and traveling. All the above gives me peace and makes me a very happy person.

Geoff Bell is a first-generation Texan, born and raised in Houston with his younger brother, Christopher. Geoff went to Eisenhower and Waltrip High Schools in Houston and has been with Texas Pride for 5 years. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and playing golf, and also enjoys a good chicken fried steak. His favorite aspect of being a technician is being able to work outdoors to enjoy each day.

Wes Cook grew up in Houston, Texas and has worked for Texas Pride for 6 years. In 2009, he got married to his wife, Lisa, and they moved to Spring. Wes has two beautiful daughters that are his world. In his spare time, Wes enjoys taking camping trips with his family and being in the outdoors. He's always had a love for hunting and spending time with family and friends. He has a passion for teaching others the skills and knowledge he has developed over the years in wood working and in the electrical and mechanical fields.

Kenneth Alan Skrove, named after his grandfather, is 36 years old and currently COO of Texas Pride AC and Heating. He is married with two amazing boys; Clay, who is 2 years old and Colby who is one month old. Kenneth enjoys outdoor activities, nature, and spending quality time with family. His goals in life are to grow the HVAC company and provide a wonderful life for his family and the Texas Pride team.

Gage Roberts has been with Texas Pride for 2 years and has been in the HVAC field for 3 years. He was also a welder for the local 211 Union for 2 years. Gage went to Oak Ridge High School in the Woodlands, played football, and was on the welding competition team. His favorite hobbies are hunting, fishing, and playing competitive cornhole! What he likes most about being a technician is that there is something new every day – whether it’s the people he meets or a new problem to solve with an HVAC system!

TJ has been working with Texas Pride for 6 years. He was born and raised in Richmond, Texas. TJ loves his job in HVAC and enjoys helping customers stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter. When he's not working, he enjoys training and competing in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and has earned a black belt in the sport. You can always find TJ watching any Houston team sport.

Bethanie Fiess has been part of the Texas Pride family for 4 years as the office manager and has always enjoyed her time with the team. She is driven to ensure that customers receive the highest quality service and that the team is able to function happily and efficiently. Bethanie enjoys spending time with her snakes, tarantulas, and her water monitor, Steven. She loves all animals. In her free time, she likes to read the Harry Potter series and loves to practice her violin. She is grateful for everything in her life.

Trae LeBlanc was born and raised in Lafayette, Louisiana. When he came to Texas, he went to Oak Ridge High School in the Woodlands and now enjoys being a technician. Trae especially appreciates the hands-on aspect of the work and how it makes him think to figure out solutions in the field. In his free time, he likes to work on cars and vehicles. He also loves to hunt and go on trips to the mountains.

My name is Walter E. Alvarez. I am 32 years old and am head of the installation crew with
Texas Pride. I am happy to be working with the team and to be able to have my brother in
the industry as well. The challenge to constantly grow in our service to our customers is one
I enjoy very much. Thank you for being part of the family at Texas Pride.

Corey Ward describes himself as a simple man who cherishes his family and is always striving to better himself in all aspects of life. He's a grateful man of God who always counts his blessings. Corey enjoys doing for others and takes great pride in his career. He truly loves what he does. When you love what you do you will never work a day in your life! He stands behind and supports the principles of peace and love for all and aspires to make the world a better place for everyone he cares about!

Grace Brown grew up in Houston, went to high school at Oak Ridge, and has taken classes at Lone Star College. In her free time, she enjoys being outside. At home, her time is spent tending to her garden full of vegetables and flowers, or with her two dogs, Ryder and Beau. When given the opportunity to travel, her go-to spot is Galveston beach. She enjoys the opportunities for learning, growth, and success that being part of the Texas Pride team brings her.
